Exhibition Booking Form

Prices are quoted in Euro, and are subject to 19% Czech VAT

The rate for rental of floor space (no separations included) is Euro 375 sqm
In addition, a standard rental booth can be ordered from as little as Euro 63 sqm.

The minimum stand size is 9 sqm

Deposit Terms
First deposit of 50% of the rental sum is due upon receipt of the part-payment invoice.
The balance is due upon receipt of the final invoice, at the latest one month before the conference starts. All payments must be made without charges for the beneficiary and indicating the respective invoice number.

Terms and Conditions
The following are the terms and conditions for Floor Space only. Schell Scheme and additional provided services costs will be charged by Triumf Expo.

Cancellation Terms
On acceptance the Exhibitor becomes liable to pay the whole charge for the stand. Cancellations (or reduction in requirements) must be notified in writing and will be charged based upon the date of notification.

Insurance
All exhibitors must provide their own insurance cover for loss, damage theft an fire as the organisers cannot be held liable for accidents to exhibitors or for damage to, or loss of exhibits.
