The floor space rate is Euro 375 sqm
The minimum stand size is 9 sqm

Shell Scheme

A Shell Scheme can be ordered from Triumf Expo (Exhibitor Contact) as little as Euro 63 sqm (this is additional to the rental of the floor space at Euro 375 per sqm).

Furniture and additional accessories can be ordered separately from the online ordering system administered by Triumf Expo.

For your space booking, please return the “Exhibition Booking Form” at your earliest convenience.

Exhibition space will be allocated on first-come-first-served principle.

Only exhibitors sending the exhibition booking form and paying the first part-payment invoice will be allocated.

Please indicate on the application your preferred floor location.

Please note that there is a weight restriction between 300 - 400kg per square metre (depending on exhibition space). Please contact the conference organiser for more details.
