CIRED Membership
CIRED includes 2 categories of members:
Directing Country Members: a country represented by a member of CIRED in the Directing Committee
The National Committee set up in a directing country member should comprise representatives from all those involved in electricity distribution in that country.
Associate Country Members: a country co-operating with CIRED but not being represented in the CIRED Directing Committee. The activities aiming at encouraging and promoting participation in CIRED conferences in the relevant country are developed under the leadership of a Liaison Committee.
