Registration

Conference Registration entitles participants to:

attend all the conference sessions
participate in the discussions
visit the exhibition and poster sessions
receive the CD-Rom including all the reports presented during the technical sessions upon arrival at the conference
receive the Special Reports upon arrival at the conference - also available on line prior to the event
the Conference discussion record published on a second CD ROM after the conference
the delegate bag handed out upon registration
morning and afternoon refreshment
lunch
a Prague travel card (a 24-hour ticket valid on the public transportation on 10 June 2009 only)
attend the opening ceremony on Monday, 8 June 2009
participate in the welcome party on Monday, 8 June 2009

Cancellation - replacement - refund

In the event of cancellation and provided that written notice is received by 4 May at the latest, a refund of 50 % of the registration fee. No refunds are offered after this date but CD ROM's will be provided to cancellations after 4 May only after the conference. The report of the registration fee for another person will be accepted at any time before the conference provided that the conference organisers are notified in advance.

Security information

Due to the EU Presidency being held at Prague Congress Centre from January – June 2009, there may be a possibility that some of these meetings may run during CIRED 2009. We would like to take all necessary precautions at this early stage to ensure the smooth running of CIRED due to the possibility of heightened security. Therefore, we would be grateful if you would supply the extra information requested on page two of the registration form to ensure that should a meeting occur, we can be confident that we are in a position to supply delegate information as quickly and efficiently as possible. We would like to stress that all sensitive information will be held in the strictest of confidence.
